What is Glutathione Ratio (GSH/GSSG)?
This ratio compares reduced glutathione (GSH, the active antioxidant form) to oxidized glutathione (GSSG, the used-up form). Glutathione is your body's master antioxidant, found in every cell.
Why Glutathione Ratio (GSH/GSSG) Matters
